LogLevel

Phase 34 Plan 01 (AND-LOG-01, AND-LOG-02, AND-LOG-03).

Severity levels used by SdkLogger. Ordered ascending by verbosity so that level.ordinal <= requested.ordinal yields the standard "emit when the configured threshold is at most as strict as the call site" semantics.

NONE is a sentinel used exclusively as a filter ceiling — a caller never logs at NONE; setting SdkLogger.level = NONE silences every call.
